Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976, in America, is an actress. There are a few soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison in The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful. Also, she played Daphne on The HBO drama True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin, in 1997. She started out her career in teaching Reading in Kindergarten as well as the 1st Grade at Maury County. After marrying Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved in Thompsons Station. She began her teaching career with Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she was able to keep teaching and earn her Master of Instruction at Trevecca Nazarene University. In 2000, she retired from teaching following the arrival of their oldest son Baylor. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years working on the growth of the children of her congregation and in the community, while also serving in a variety of roles. Ashley is a long-time leader in the Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley and her family homeschooled for 3 years. Ashley and her children taught history to kindergarteners as well as first graders at a homeschool tutorial. She loved staying at home with her kids and loved teaching them. However, God made it clear that the time had come for them to go back fully-time. Brent and Ashley, who have five daughters. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all attended GCA. Baylor is an GCA graduate who plays baseball and attends the UT-Martin. Callan as well as is a GCA graduate, attends Western Kentucky University.
